Lea Castle Residents Association

A warm welcome to the Lea Castle Residence Association made up of local residents.
Dear Residents,
Our mission is to include all existing and future residents to create a Safe, Inclusive and Friendly place to live.

Our aim is to empower the local residents with the power to create a new community. We want to listen to our young residents who are the future of Lea Castle Estate whilst drawing on the experience of the remaining community so we all feel a part of designing a new safe space to live, including a new community hub and parks, whilst making sure our open spaces are maintained to the highest standards, allowing all of us to have and take pride in our community.

Our long term aim and key objective is to merge the Residents Association into a Parish Council. This will allow us to remove the current Management Company. We can then elect 8 Parish Councillors for the interests of us all allowing us to make those vital decisions concerning the future of the estate.

As a Parish Council just like Wolverley and Cookley we will receive additional funding from Worcestershire County Council. This will then allow us to bid for external funding streams of monies, removing the management company and setting up Lea Castle Parish Council would mean we can then reduce the current residents fees and hopefully sustain this payment for years to come.
